Cutting Down on Caffeine - Exercise

Complete the following exercises to finish the module

Exercise 1 - Now that you’ve read about caffeine and PTSD, write a list of the reasons you think you should cut down on your caffeine intake. How might it help you?

Exercise 2 - Monitor your caffeine intake. Keep a record how many caffeine based drinks you have and how big these are (e.g. a cup or a mug?). Add it to the bottom of your Diary.          

Exercise 3 - Print out or write down the tips for cutting down your caffeine intake. Start trying to cut down by following these tips. Keep monitoring your caffeine intake in your Diary. Write down the total number of caffeine base drinks you’ve had each day. Try to reduce this number to a level you are happy with.
